Dynamix is the leader in teambuilding and character development for kids, teens and professionals in the youth sector. Through fun, hands-on and action-packed experiences, we provide groups with an opportunity to reflect on important issues like:
Respect
Cooperation
Team Spirit!
The development and implementation of all of our services are carefully guided by our Core Beliefs as listed below.
All of our experiences are carefully designed to meet your needs. Our program development is guided by the following core beliefs:
1. Teamwork and character-education ARE IMPORTANT
In today's society there is such a huge emphasis on curriculum-based education, like mathematics and literacy, and preparing children for academic exams. Of course these skills are crucial for the advancement of our youth; however, what good are these skills if these same children can't interact with others in a productive and respectful manner? At Dynamix, we believe that lessons of Respect, Cooperation and Team Spirit are as important as Math, Science and Arts.
2. Engagement starts with enjoyment
Learning should be FUN, plain and simple! If participants are enjoying themselves they are more likely to stay engaged and retain the content of the lesson plan. Every Dynamix experience is designed to have learning and fun, rolled up in one!
3. We learn best by doing
Much research has been done on this, and time and time again the research has shown that learning through real experiences often leads to increased rates of retention, promotes critical thinking and increases self-confidence & independence among young people.
